Germany has been suffering from a noticeable shortage of skilled workers for years – especially in healthcare, IT, and technical and skilled trades.
We at Oannes Consulting are convinced that through targeted migration management, qualified professionals from abroad can make a crucial contribution.
When applicants receive linguistic and cultural preparation in their home country, integration into Central Europe is easier for them – and they can quickly become productive members of the workforce. We support both skilled workers and companies by providing language training in their hometown, acting as intermediaries, and handling all administrative processes.
Dual system – placement of trainees
In many Asian and Middle Eastern countries, young, well-educated people are struggling with high youth unemployment.
We want to offer these talents a future perspective in Germany:
- Aptitude test for a dual vocational training program
- Language training up to level C1
- Cultural preparation, e.g., conveying the values of an open, democratic society
If the requirements are met, we will present the candidates to interested training companies.
Placement of university graduates
Whether software development, engineering, or research – well-qualified university graduates are an asset to Europe. We support young people who want to come to Germany to:
- to complete an internship followed by permanent employment
- to participate in research projects
- to become active in technological development
Here too, we provide language training (up to C1 level) as well as cultural and political education to enable successful integration into an open, pluralistic society.
