General information about data processing
(1) We process personal data of our customers, business partners, and applicants exclusively within the framework of applicable data protection laws, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
(2) Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (e.g. name, address, email, telephone number, CV, residence and visa details).
Purposes of data processing
We process personal data for the following purposes:
– Provision of consulting and support services in the areas of business, politics, culture and administration
– Placement of skilled workers and trainees, including language and cultural training

(2) We conclude the necessary data processing agreements with subcontractors and partners in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.

(1) As part of our international activities, data may be transferred to companies or authorities outside the EU/EEA.
(2) In such cases, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with Articles 44 et seq. GDPR (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
Storage duration
(1) Personal data shall only be stored for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes.
(2) Statutory retention obligations (e.g. tax documentation obligations) remain unaffected.

– Erasure (“right to be forgotten”) pursuant to Article 17 GDPR

– Withdrawal of consent pursuant to Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR
